EMDR Intensives for Women Navigating Pregnancy, Birth Trauma, Postpartum, and the Complexities of Motherhood.
I offer EMDR therapy and intensives for women navigating the profound and often messy landscapes of maternal mental health. My practice provides a focused and compassionate space for women navigating pregnancy anxiety, postpartum struggles, and birth trauma, as well as moms feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, or consumed by mom rage. A space where you get to be real, unfiltered, and fully human. You don’t have to minimize what you’re experiencing or have the right words.
I am here to help guide you toward greater self-trust, agency, and alignment—creating space to listen to your own voice, honor what you need, and move toward the life you want to create. Through 3- day intensive programs and integrative care tailored to your unique journey. To honor the depth of this work, I also offer weekend availability for EMDR intensives, providing the space and time needed for profound, focused work.
What is an EMDR Intensive?
An EMDR intensive is a concentrated therapeutic experience that takes place over multiple extended sessions.
This model allows clients to
Stay emotionally engaged with the work
Reduce disruption between sessions
Move through trauma with greater continuity
Experience meaningful shifts in a shorter timeframe
EMDR intensives are not about rushing healing; they are about creating the right conditions for it.
A Whole-Person Approach to EMDR
EMDR is at the heart of my work. I use EMDR therapy as a foundation for focused trauma processing, while integrating somatic practices, parts work, and trauma-informed yoga to support your whole nervous system.
EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based approach that helps the brain and nervous system process experiences that may still feel emotionally or physically “stuck.” Rather than simply talking about what happened, EMDR helps you work through the memories, beliefs, emotions, and body sensations connected to those experiences.
My approach is especially supportive for women navigating birth trauma, reproductive experiences, anxiety, postpartum challenges, and the deeper wounds that can shape how we experience ourselves and motherhood.
Beyond the Memory
Trauma doesn't live only in our thoughts. It can show up in the body, nervous system, relationships, and the ways we see ourselves. During EMDR work, I may integrate:
Somatic practices to help you notice and work with what is happening in your body and nervous system.
Parts work to develop greater compassion and understanding for the different parts of yourself shaped by past experiences.
Trauma-informed yoga and mindful movement when movement, breath, or embodiment can support regulation and integration.
These approaches aren't separate treatments or a checklist of techniques. They are woven into our work based on what you need, creating a personalized and whole-person approach to trauma healing.
Focused. Intentional. Deeply Personalized.
My primary offering is the 3-Day EMDR Intensive, designed for women ready to dedicate focused time to meaningful trauma processing.

FAQs
What is an EMDR Intensive?
1
An EMDR intensive is a focused therapy experience that allows you to work through trauma over a shorter period of time. Instead of spreading sessions out week to week, intensives create space for deeper, more continuous processing.
How is this different from weekly therapy?
2
Weekly therapy can be helpful for ongoing support, but it can sometimes feel slow or interrupted. EMDR intensives are designed to create momentum, allowing you to stay with the work and move through it more fully.
What can I expect during an intensive?
3
Each intensive includes preparation, focused EMDR sessions, and time for integration. The process is structured but flexible, with pacing guided by your needs and readiness.
How do I know if an EMDR intensive is right for me?
4
We begin with a consultation to assess your goals, history, and readiness. This helps determine whether an intensive is the right fit or if another approach would better support you.
