You might be feeling:

  • Overwhelmed, anxious, or on edge

  • Disconnected from your body or experiences

  • Stuck in patterns that don’t seem to shift

  • Holding a great sense of loss

What is an EMDR Intensive?

An EMDR intensive is a longer, structured therapy session (or series of sessions) designed to help you process and integrate difficult experiences in a supportive, contained environment.

Instead of meeting for one hour each week, intensives allow us to:

  • Stay with what’s coming up without interruption

  • Move through layers more efficiently

  • Create momentum in your healing

This format can be especially helpful when you’re ready to gently but intentionally work through something that feels “stuck.”

Are you navigating….

  • Pregnancy or postpartum anxiety

  • Miscarriage, pregnancy loss, or fertility challenges

  • Birth trauma

  • Medical trauma related to reproductive health

  • Endometriosis or chronic pain experiences

  • Hormonal transitions, including perimenopause or menopause

  • A history of complex or developmental trauma— early childhood experiences or attachment wounds

I see how hard you’re trying to hold everything together—and how deeply you long to come home to yourself.

Here, you don’t have to carry it all on your own.

With the right care and support there is space for you to……..

-Release the weight of the past

-Attune to your inner world

-Hold emotions without getting stuck

and Connect to the wisdom within you.

Cost and What’s Included:

3-day (15-hour) package | $3,750

Your intensive includes:

• 90-minute Assessment, Resourcing, and Treatment Planning session
• Workbook and Additional Resources
• Total 15 Intensive Hours (5 hours each day and intensive days are consecutive)
• 30-minute Integration Follow-Up

*Intensives are typically scheduled Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.* This decreases the need to get childcare or take off work for weekly ongoing sessions.

Custom Intensives are available

Although the initial cost is greater, many people experience results in an EMDR intensive that are comparable to months or years of weekly therapy—often without the ongoing long-term cost.

EMDR intensives offer a more intentional and concentrated approach to therapy, allowing you to engage in deeper work without the start-and-stop of weekly sessions—often making them a meaningful investment in both your time and healing.
